Revocation of Authority – ODITZA CARRASCO

On 15 July 2026 Oditza Carrasco ceased to be a member of So Resources Pte Ltd. and as of that date Oditza Carrasco is no longer associated with So Resources in any capacity.

Consequently, Oditza Carrasco no longer has any actual or ostensible authority to act on behalf of the Company, negotiate offer or bind the Company to any contracts, agreements or financial obligations. 

In succession all matters regarding existing or future contracts, proposals and official correspondence must be directed to Martin Euler who is the Company’s CFO and may be contacted by e-mail on martin@so-resources.com
